Job Description

Join Beiersdorf’s innovative medical cosmetic skin research team and help drive the success of our Dermocosmetics division with your creative research and your passion for biological questions.

  • You will be responsible for developing ideas and concepts for new, innovative research projects on dermatological conditions, and will plan and manage these independently.
  • You will share your broad scientific expertise with laboratory staff, doctoral and master’s degree students. You will assist them in developing and acquiring new scientific skills and provide guidance for the effective execution of their projects.
  • You will build and manage a successful cooperative network with external partners such as key opinion leaders, research institutes, and universities.
  • You will be planning and launching clinical studies, as well as coordinating cosmetic studies through our in-house test institute.
  • Performing and evaluating literature and patent searches and writing your own invention reports are also part of your job.
  • You will present your ideas, approaches, and results to a wide variety of target groups in the scientific community and beyond, consistently winning over and inspiring your listeners with your passion.

Career starters are initially hired on a temporary basis for two years with the option of an unlimited continuation.
