Job Description

Commercial Excellence

  • Performance driven, obsessed with numbers and with finding business opportunities where others don´t see them
  • Translation of data into insights for the different countries and channels by analyzing the relevant information (Performance KPI’s, Distribution, Sell in, Sell out, Nielsen, IMS, IQVIA, Euromonitor, etc.)
  • Preparation and presentation of quarterly sell out performance of top countries, identifying risks and opportunities. Provide the management team with actionable BI.
  • Key consultant to the GM, Marketing Directors, Business Units Heads and Business Development
  • Intersection between Global and Regional teams, driving commercial opportunities, identifying white spots (e.g. penetration, distribution, pricing) etc.
  • Implementation and management of commercial dashboards in order to visualize performance and define corrective actions.
  • Increase productivity across the organization through ad-hoc analysis

RGM Management

  • Revenue Growth Management is a growth driver in the overall Beiersdorf organization, with strong framework and tools that help identify growth opportunities
  • Identify markets for RGM deployment, and which areas to focus that will deliver the biggest impact
  • Create a best practice of RGM for the Beiersdorf Health Care Unit.

Your Profile

  • University degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or related. MBA preferred
  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) in business intelligence / controlling / analytics roles, ideally in an international environment, FMCG or market research & data industry
  • Performance driven, obsessed with numbers and with finding business opportunities where others don´t see them
  • Solid experience in complex management of data bases and software (excel, SAP, power BI, etc)
  • Project management experience
  • Fluent English
  • Hands-On attitude and willingness to take ownership
