Digital Marketing Manager (Eucerin)
- Lead Digital Platform, strategy and execution plan for total Eucerin brand and Brand campaign to ensure to effectively connect with target consumers.
- Lead social media strategy by channel to build brand visibilities and recommendation in all digital
- Lead influencer strategy and build long term relationship with KOLs to build brand recommendation with effectiveness
- Lead search strategy and implementation to ensure we capture all potential demand
- Derive Platform, strategy and execution plan for total Eucerin Brand and Brand campaign to ensure key stakeholder aware & engage with Eucerin brand, so as to endorse recommend brand forwards, and uplift Eucerin brand equity
- Co with Brand team and Cross-functions to implement integrated digital campaign, (from online to offline), ensure concepts & implementation idea are customized for Digi-consumer and align with marketing direction
- Responsible for Digital media plan & budget (total Eucerin & by category) and post analysis to ensure the effective reach & media spending
- Lead media buying pitch and manage ROI of digital investment.
- Min. 6 years working experience, with several years in Digital Marketing/ E-Commerce
- Implementation of digital strategies and digital ecosystem.
- Integration of Online Campaign, Social Media
- Entrepreneurial spirit, open-minded, passionate about teamwork/winning together, global brands/ companies and quality proven products, high responsibility for his/her job and strong/transparent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Strategic thinking and strong data analysis ability, able to read through market trend via data
- Creativity with open mind, high level of learning agility, be sensitive to market trend and consumer insights.
- Fluent in Thai both writing and speaking
